The Recycled Revival is inspired by the long history in the United States of preachers traveling from town to town bring the gospel to the people...however, this time the words are the Gospel of Garbage! Too often recycling is considered a luxury when in fact it must be the central means of handling our discarded waste. It is our goal to educate and inspire communities, businesses and others to retrain their focus away from the landfill and towards the endless opportunities of waste diversion.
The Recycled Revival is the outcome of nearly twenty years inside America's garbage cans. TRR was launched in the summer of 2008 as a vehicle to allow me to focus more of my time on my family. Having spent the past 15 years actively developing recycling programs here in Santa Fe and in the mountains of Colorado, we were all ready for me to take a break. With both of my daughters now in school, I am ready to get back in the dumpster and get back to building new diversion opportunities.
